Standard Postage

£5.00 (1-3 Working Days)

Standard postage is charged at a flat rate of £5.00 regardless of how many pieces in the order.

Items sent by standard postage are sent by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery and will require a signature upon delivery.

In the event that you are out, Royal Mail will normally leave a card to say that they have attempted to make a delivery along with their instructions for collection / delivery.

Express Postage

£6.99 (Next Working Day)

Express postage is charged at a flat rate of £6.99 regardless of how many pieces in the order.

Items sent by express post are sent by courier (Interlink / DPD) and will require a signature upon delivery.

Our couriers will email you with a 1 hour slot of when they plan to deliver to you. The email will also include instructions should you wish to re-arrange the delivery with them to a more convenient time.

Please note that all UK deliveries will require a signature upon delivery.

If you prefer to leave additional instructions for your consignment to be left somewhere discreet, please be sure to select Express Postage and mark your instructions in the additional notes field that you will see during the checkout process.

In the event that you decide to have your consignment left at your address unsigned for, Alexanders of London will not be held responsible for its safety.

Click and Collect

We also offer a click and collect service. Just select this option as your preferred delivery option during the checkout process.

Ready to wear orders are usually available for collection the next working day.

In case of custom, made to measure and clone orders, due to the bespoke nature of these products, we will send you a message via email to confirm once your order is ready for collection.

For orders placed outside the UK, please note that we ask you to take responsibility for any local import duties and clearance charges that may apply in your country.

For international orders, please allow upto 14 days for your consignment to be delivered from the date of despatch.
