Ready to Wear Orders

Orders received by 12.30pm for ready to wear items are usually despatched on the same day.

Orders received after 12.30pm for ready to wear items are despatched the following day.

This does not apply in case of weekends and bank holidays, in which case, the order will be despatched on the next working day.

Custom and Made to Measure Orders

All custom and made to measure orders are made from scratch. We do not, unlike many suppliers out there, simply alter an existing garment.

Due to the bespoke nature of these products, orders are despatched within 10-14 days from the date the order is received by us.

This may be further extended if you have requested a test fit / mock garment made from lining fabric, in which case, the delivery period will start from when the test fit garment is approved by you.

Occasionally, we may also ask you for approval of a specific colour. In such cases, the delivery period will commence from when the approval of the swatch is received by us.

Clone Orders

We aim to despatch all clone orders within 2-3 weeks after we have received the garment to be cloned from you.
