The health and wellbeing of both our staff and customers is paramount, especially at this current time. Therefore, we are doing everything we can to ensure the safety of our staff while still keeping our operations running smoothly, so your order will be dispatched as usual.

The minimal staff dealing with orders are following government guidelines and practising the highest level of hygiene possible. We are constantly working with our couriers, communicating and complying to their procedures to ensure that our orders are fulfilled safely. We are monitoring this constantly.

Currently our orders are being fulfilled as normal.

Please be patient once we ship your order as delivery times  are then under the discretion of Royal Mail who are presently experiencing delays.

If you order before 2.00pm, we will dispatch it the same day, Mon-Fri excluding UK Bank Holidays for our UK orders

We do ask that you be patient at this time if you have returned your item. Lower staff numbers may slow down the speed we can deal with returns and exchanges compared to normal.

Whilst we remain open and continue to make deliveries, we are experiencing unprecedented disruptions throughout our supply chain, whether this be getting hold of suitable fabrics, stitching or washing.  

Accordingly, custom or made to measure orders are presently delayed by approximately 2 to 3 weeks. That means that a custom order normally taking around 2 weeks is taking up to 5 weeks and in some cases even longer.

Ready to wear orders continue to be shipped same day or next working day and remain unaffected.

If you have an outstanding order, we would request that you bear with us during these unprecedented times. All orders will be delivered just as soon as we can.
