Very pleased with my chinos. Very good, comfortable material, made up exactly to my specification, including the 6 inch zip I asked for. Thank you. At last I know where to come for custom-made trousers.

I’ve already supplied feedback saying I was happy with all but one detail of these tobacco brown chinos. The exception was the length of the zip fly. I specified 6 inches, but a 5 inch zip was fitted. I’ve since ordered 2 more pairs specifying 6 inch zips. If they are supplied with zips shorter than the specified 6 inches, I’m afraid I’ll have to return them as not what I ordered.

These arrived surprisingly quickly. I’m. Ery pleased with them (except for one detail). My specified measurements were followed to the letter — EXCEPT that a 5 inch zip was fitted although I’d specified 6 inches. The missing inch makes peeing quite difficult.
The material is of good quality.
I’ve ordered 2 more pairs & will be returning them this time if the zip is less than 6 inches.

These are the 2nd pair of Chinos I have had made by Alexanders. Do not even try to compare their trousers with Chinos we have all bought from High Street chains or mail order catalogues. These are proper trousers, tailored from a far superior material. With proper pockets. Proper waistbands. But most of all. They fit perfectly. And as time goes by, can be altered if necessary, either way.

The fit and tailoring of these chinos is excellent, assuming that you spend some time to make sure you have the right measurements. Their suggestion to measure pants you already own that fit well is right on. The fabric looks good, but it is not press-free. You will have to iron it after each washing. I wish they would offer these chinos in press-free fabric, even if it means a bit of extra price.

Excellent value with good tailoring and outstanding service.

Very high quality for the price, will order again, actually it is my third order, never have been disappointed, I do orders made to measure, - it is the best.

After buying a succession of cheap (and not so cheap) chinos on the High St, thought I would see what I got. Satisfaction would appear to be the answer. They really are a cut above. I will be ordering more, and will take advantage of the ability to make some minor adjustments.

Love the trousers, material and the fact that they fit so well. The last pair . . . the button holes were not up to thee standard of previous trousers - not as cleanly sewed and difficult to do and undo the trousers. otherwise excellent thanks.

These were fine as previously (also hubby hasn't put on any weight!)

The dark colours do tend to lose some dye aver a long period, thus the re-order.

AS WITH MY LAST PAIR THE BUTTONS APPEAR OVERSIZE AND I DO NOT LIKE HAVING TO STRETCH THE BUTTON HOLES WITH A COUPLE OF SPOON HANDLES! IT IS A PITY THAT THIS SPOILS AN OTHERWISE VERY POSITIVE RESPONSE.
