HOW TO SET UP A LINK
To set up your affiliate link, use any of our pages with a .php extension, for example:- http://www.alexandersoflondon.com/categories.php?PARTNER=YourAffiliateID

Your affilliate ID will be the name you choose when you sign up, so if your ID is petersmith the link you need to create on your site would be:- http://www.alexandersoflondon.com/categories.php?PARTNER=petersmith

Please note that totals are only provisional. Commission will only be paid on cleared funds, and some times sales are returned.

How do I sign up for your affiliate program?

Simply fill out our Affiliate Program Application above. After the registration process, you can get started and supplement your income.

How much do you pay in commission?

Affiliates earn 10% commission on all purchases made via their link. You need to reach at least £25 before we release the funds.

How often is commission paid?

Commissions are paid at the end of each month provided that the commission owed is more than £25.00. Payment is by Paypal or Cheque or direct transfer to your bank.

Do you offer any commission statistics?

Yes. Once you have signed-up to our affiliate program simply log into your affiliate account and check your account balance.

How are my sales tracked?

All of our link codes contain unique identities allowing us to trace anyone coming from your web site. All cookies last for 30 days, meaning a visit from your web site to our online store today but not completing a purchase and returning within 30 days using the same computer to complete the transaction means you will still receive commission for the sale.

Do I earn commission on unique purchases?

Yes. You will receive commission on all products we list.

I have discovered that my commission figures have decreased?

If we have to refund a customer for a purchase for which you received a commission, the commission you earned on that purchase will be subtracted from future commission earnings.

What do I do if I've lost my Affiliate Program password?

Send us an email. We will email your password to you using the email address you provided when you signed up for our affiliate program.
