PLEASE REVIEW THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE PURCHASING PRODUCTS FROM Our Company. THE FOLLOWING CONTAINS IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS, AS WELL AS LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS THAT MAY APPLY TO YOU.

Your purchase of a product or service from Our Company is governed by these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully. Placement of an order indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions of sale and our terms for use of this site. If you do not agree to these terms, please leave the site and do not proceed further with your order. Our Company reserves the right to make changes to this website and these terms and conditions of sale and our terms of use at any time, without notice.

Cancelling Your Order

If you wish to cancel your order we will refund you in full providing we receive confirmation of your decision to cancel by email or telephone before the goods are packed or shipped. Orders must be cancelled within 24 hours, if orders have been packed or shipped you may have to bear the cost and will only receive a partial refund.

 

International Customers

For orders placed outside the UK, US and EU, please note that we ask you to take responsibility for any import duties and clearance fees, if any in your own country and to check the duties and clearance fees in your own country.

All orders are dispatched via courier service, and will require a signature on receipt. 

Please allow up to 14 days for your order to be delivered.

Currency

The price you pay is in pounds sterling.

Order Acceptance Policy

Our Company reserves the right to refuse service, to close accounts, to cancel orders, or to terminate affiliate and other marketing programs that it deems harmful to the company.

Risk of Loss

Our Company is responsible for all products until such time that they leave the warehouse and are handed to a third-party carrier for final delivery. Although we take steps to ensure your product has a certificate of posting, we cannot accept responsibility if you, the client, inputs an incorrect shipping address.

Returns Policy

Whilst every effort has been made to describe the products on this site as accurately as possible, if you are not satisfied with your product(s) please e-mail us within 3 days or inform us in writing within 7 days of receiving your goods so that we can offer you a solution. Alternatively you may contact us by telephone on 020 8242 4511

The above does not apply in case of:

Customised products made to specific order or where Chargeable changes have been to the garments for specific requirements like : Turn Ups, braces buttons, customs colours, custom measurements.

If our measurements differ from what you submitted for custom measurements, within reasonable tolerances (+- 3%) , we will replace the garment with  a new one absolutely free of charge on return of the old garment  for us to check.

As these garments are either custom made or customised as mentioned above,  specially for you,  we do not provide any refunds.

Please note that the washed denims by their characteristics, may vary marginally from the measurements you have given but will come back to the correct measurements after wear.

Please note that we will also not accept  accept products returned which have been branded with a customers name/company logo (embroidered or printed)

When you receive your order, should you find that it is incomplete or that the goods have been damaged in transit, then again, please let us know.

Once your return is received, we will assess the garment for reason of return i.e. faults/damages and replacements.

Your credit card will then be credited with the full purchased amount excluding P&P. Replacements/exchanges will not incur a further delivery charge.

The order must be received by the date stipulated in the offer sent by us by email or displayed on our website.
